"Working as a freelance business consultancy we are occasionally required to support our clients with specialist legal knowledge and skills to deliver the optimum outcome for large and demanding projects. One such project required the preparation of a multi-million pound IT provision contract with deferred funding. We selected Nigel to facilitate the establishment of a contract which fully embraced our client’s requirements and provided the protection required whilst being acceptable to the IT vendor. The contract was by its very nature complex requiring several iterations. Nigel’s approach was comprehensive; he not only highlighted issues but took time to explain them in a simple, understandable manner and provided considered alternative approaches enabling effective solutions to be agreed which were then competently legally drafted.

We have also used Nigel’s services to assist with our more complex engagement contracts, covering all aspects of engagement including IR35 compliance. This has been dealt with in a similar professional manner enabling the parties to move forward with the project at the earliest opportunity"
